its just a small little 2 bedroom apartment
the extra bedroom would be theirs.
it would just be basic cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, dishes, etc)
and a bit of light cooking, nothing extravagant.

(keep in mind, this person would be living there so there is no need for them to pay rent and stuff to live somewhere)

That really depends on the cost of living in your area. If you live in Manhattan, I would say $250 a week. If you live in Nebraska, I’d say $100-$150 a week.
